Chris here! Having the ability to plan and control your business functions is time management. Having the ability to control and do it well is better time management, do not you think. On a good day, things can go great. On a bad day, things go terribly wrong at the worse possible moment, which is why it is a really a good idea to have a backup plan.
Time management helps you to establish clear goals, a way to set priorities and essentially get tasks done on time and without all the bad things crashing down on you.
Do you have a plan? The second question is, do you want a plan? See some people live outside of time management and some of them are successful, while others are complete failure.
If so, then I have a special treat for you.
Understand, this is not the end of time management. This is just the beginning. Time management take a lot of time on YOUR dime. I'm sure you know that. But, time management is also important enough that you continue to price this time honored business "get things done" tradition.
If you want be successful in the long term, time management will become your friend. Now, not all time management is management. What that means is, you cannot plan every minute of your day for the rest of your life. Time management works well or better when you have something you want to get accomplished, so for example a man on a mission, the straight as an arrow target.
